ABOUT THE MAGAZINE

The CBFL magazine is a new initiative by the research team at the Centre for Business and Financial Laws, that aims to provide readers with insightful and timely analyses of important legal issues affecting businesses today. The Magazine is slated to be published quarterly, with the first one being published (in hard and soft copies) in November 2022.
The magazine is slated to feature articles contributed by eminent Judges, leading scholars, practitioners and students in the field of business laws; including but not limited to Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Securities Regulations, Drafting of Agreements, Commercial Contracts, Ease of doing business, other Financial Laws and Gender perspectives. The magazine can be an essential resource for lawyers, business executives, professionals, faculty members and students who need to stay abreast of contemporary legal developments in these areas.
We hope you will find this magazine to be a valuable resource. We welcome your feedback and suggestions for improvement, that we may accommodate in our future editions.
